Using a VPN can seem like a difficult and daunting task, especially for anyone new to using the Internet in a slightly more advanced way than they are used to. A VPN can be a great tool, both in terms of security and the unrestricted access it gives you to the Web, and the ability to add custom restrictions is great for business use. It can be an expensive proposition, however.

So, with the combination of a daunting technical set up and expense, many users simply don’t bother to use a VPN, even when they would actually greatly benefit from it, with benefits ranging from massively increased security for businesses, all the way down to unlocking different versions of restricted Websites in separate countries.vyprvpn

Luckily, VyprVPN, available for Android through the Google Play store, is here to provide solutions to both the ease of use and expense problems of using a VPN.

Here, straight from the developer, are the app’s best features:

✓ Encrypt your Internet connection
✓ Protect your online privacy
✓ Unblock websites and applications
✓ Defeat throttling and improves streaming speed
✓ Preserve a free and open Internet
✓ Connect to over 50 secure server networks worldwide
✓ Provides unlimited access to all VyprVPN servers without restrictions, download caps, or server switching fees

The first thing to mention is that setting up with VyprVPN is ridiculously easy. SO much so that, when I tested this on someone who never even knew what a VPN was, had it up and running in seconds and found themselves very pleased with the result, which was viewing American Netflix in the UK.

The app itself is very easy to use, with an interface that is a bit more attractive than many VPN apps. Server selection is a cinch, with options for simply finding the nearest or fastest server, automatic re-connect options and excellent pinging features.

Overall, this is a great VPN app that should be top of your list when looking into grabbing yourself a free VPN service.
