It always amazes me, how developers are constantly pushing the envelope in regards to what the iPad can do. It is easy to forget that many people initially dismissed the tablet as ‘just a giant iPod’, yet many of those same people can be found using their essential iPads to run their entire business.

Well, Innovation Systems have just gone and surprised me, as inWeby takes what you can do with an iPad, and pushes it to the next level, and for guys like me, who run Websites, this new app is invaluable.

inWeby literally allows you to design and publish your own Website. No, not some wannabe half-baked site, but a full and complete Website, with every tool you need to maintain and run it.

They even provide their own (second level) domains, or you can link to an existing one for free. When you consider the fact that you can get domains for pennies, if you shop around, this is the best way to proceed. Now, I know what you are thinking, that it must be really hard to create a Website with this tool, but believe me, this is possibly the easiest to use tool I have played around with to create a rich Website, far better than similar, Web-based services out there.

It takes minutes to create a site, although, if you are like me, you will spend hours messing with it to get it perfect, but it is entirely possible to get it all done within 10 minutes, and be browsing your site online shortly afterwards. You can add e-commerce, your own pictures from the iPad, add Facebook and Twitter options to the site- just about everything you could want.

Here, straight from the developers, are the app’s best features:

Unique design – create your own style by changing patterns, palette, background, and structure.inweby
Website design – create pages, sections, products, and blog easily and without restrictions.
Easy editing – intuitive page editor and no code. Insert a picture from iPad photo stream.
Online store – includes online payment system, estimates shipping and handling charges from iPad.
Your own blog – having your own blog is especially prestigious, when it is also your own website.
Communicate with your audience – share your ideas, events, experiences Facebook, Twitter with one click.
Notifications – follow the latest developments from the website and around it, all of them appear in the feed and iPad notifications.
E-mail – beautiful mail mail@your_domain.com on a second-level domain works immediately.
Don’t think about hosting – hosting, server setup and its maintenance are included in the price.
Statistics – follow visits to the website using built-in statistics.
Support – ask a question within the program and get a full and prompt response.

The app is superb, and incredibly easy to use. You can create comments to interact with users on your new site, and view detailed statistics about your site, all right from within the app. It is like having your own, personal CMS, right in your hand, and all created by you.

The app is well priced, at just $4.99, which is a brilliant price, considering all you get, and there is also the option of upgrading to a Pro version, with extra features. If you are thinking of launching your own online business, and find the idea of domains, hosting and all the rest of it intimidating, then inWeby is the solution, as you can create a beautiful, and profitable, Website in minutes.

An excellent idea is implemented perfectly. Highly recommended.
