Japanese Diet Recipes - Low Carb, Easy Cooking - - INFOCOM CORPORATION Apps to look out for is a regular feature where we take a look at an app that may have gone under your radar, and may in fact be worth a look.

Japanese Diet Recipes

Low carb diets seem to be all the rage these days, with seemingly endless plans to get you to reduce you carb intake. There is a very good reason for this: low carb diets actually work, but the problem is that the food options are limited, and many people find it difficult to stick to the diet because of this.

That is where Japanese Diet Recipes steps in.

The app aims to inform and educate about the many low carb diet opportunities that there are with Japanese food, and it does this brilliantly, with an app that is both informative and useful. The first thing the app offers is a lot of great recipes. There are many recipes included with the app, and all of them are delicious and more importantly, easy to cook, proving that you should not be afraid to attempt to cook Japanese food yourself.

The recipes were developed by Kokusai Yakuzenshi Dr. Misako Hori, who has appeared on TV in Japan, so you know the food is going to be good. You can add favourites, and checking the ranking of the recipes, which is a nice touch.

The recipes are not the only thing the app offers, however, as there are also an extra range of functions that it provides. The app includes a Diet Food Dictionary, a Constitution Check and plenty of tips to help you get on your way with a low card diet.

Overall, if you are thinking of starting a low carb diet, this app should really be your first port of call, as it is helpful, even if you have never tried Japanese food before. Highly recommended.
