itunes iconOur ‘Apps to look out for’ reviews are quick looks into apps that may well have passed under your radar, but may in fact be worth a look, and possibly even a purchase. Have a peek at today’s app and see if you think it is worth your time and money.

Ether Gallery

Ether Gallery is an artistic app created to showcase various artwork and sculpture from exciting artists of the Ether Gallery.

Ether Apps Limited has put together a collection of inspiring artists’ work in a fashionably designed app. You can see pictures of the artists’ body of work and read a little bit about them in an included biography. There is also a fun inspiration word art piece for each person.

The apps description states:

We love pieces
that make us ponder and lift our spirits; pieces that are mesmerising and hypnotic.

Download the App, take time out of your busy day and immerse yourself in the creative works we are showcasing.
Swipe your way to relaxation. Enjoy. That is all we ask.

The app is elegant and informative. The pictures of the pieces look stunning. It is a beautiful way to show off these 6 artists and their many talents. The app is currently free with some ad promotion and available for iPhone and iPad.

Overall, this is a great app that uses the interface of all iOS devices in an attractive and interesting way. I really hope similar apps start to follow suit here.

Well worth a look!
