Feeling down about Christmas now the New Year celebrations are over? Well lets see if this app can help us ‘get happy’. This app can help you motivate your life for the better, help deal with painful thoughts and feelings with a ‘tip of the day’.

This can be your work and education, love life and leisure: basically every aspect of your life you feel may need some improvement. You can use a useful self-rating system, so if you feel like you are lacking happiness at work then just click on the personalised tips located on the front page, as this is where you can rate how happy you are on a scale of 1-10 in your life.

There are bright colours for each of the areas which I thought was pretty nice. When you are done, click the little tick and it will generate tips that you can read in these areas. If you are feeling unhappy, then you can click on the right hand corner on the top of the screen and change your status. You can save tips to your favourites by pressing the heart next to them, so if you wanted to go back to them you can. On the front page near the bottom there are the different areas of life and by clicking on them you can see all the tips for everyone.

I found this a very handy little app and very useful. I felt this was more aimed at women than men, because of the bright colours but nevertheless it was a clever app and I can see myself using this everyday. You can also share via all the regular social medias and by email, which just adds to the usefulness.
