Listen Up! is an interesting social based game with the emphasis firmly on the social aspect of the game. Listen Up! plays a lot like a few board games I can remember, where the idea is to describe a word using any sound, aside from the actual word itself. It may sound simple, but it is good fun, especially with a group of friends.

The first thing to do when booting the game up is to find an opponent, either from your list of Facebook friends, entering a specific Listen Up gamer name, inviting someone via Email, or simply by finding a random opponent. This range of options ensures that you are never short of someone to play with.

You then pick one of three words and create an audio recording attempting to describe the word- of course you must be sure not to use the word itself, as this would defeat the object of the game entirely.

There are plenty of options to keep you occupied, but the best one is an awesome weekly contest that lets you nominate your favourite clips, and the winner gets special prizes. This is an excellent use of the social side of Listen Up!

Overall, this is a fun game that will keep you going for quite some time. If you are a quiz and social game addict, then this is definitely one to get.
