It’s the new game in software, unlocking data from mobile devices. There are several options out there to get you out of the jam of seemingly lost data on what may be an unusable phone, but those could cost you quite a bit of pocket money. Cut to the world’s first free data recovery software for iOS and you have EaseUS MobiSaver.

A free download for Windows or Mac, MobiSaver makes recovery simple and streamlined for anyone. Just download and install, connect your device then scan to find your lost files. Here a description from the EaseUS  website:

EaseUS MobiSaver Free is an easy-to-use and completely free iPhone data recovery tool. It can retrieve lost contacts, messages, photos, EaseUS image 1notes, videos, etc from all iOS devices. Handing an iPhone is pretty cool and eye-catching. But if you lost your files or data due to accidental deletion, or iOS upgrade, device crash or damage, you will feel desperate and frustrated. If you don’t want to pay for the expensive price to recover your important files from iPhone, EaseUS MobiSaver Free is your best bet.

  • Recover WhatsApp history from iPhone; retrieve encrypted iTunes backup
  • Support to recover data from iOS device and extract data from iTunes backup.
  • 100% free recover deleted contacts, SMS, Notes, Videos, Photos, ect from iPhone, iPad, iPod touch.
  • Recover iPhone data lost due to accidental deletion, iOS Upgrade, device lost/ broken.
  • Newly support iOS7, iPhone5s/5c, iPad Air, iPad Mini with Retina Display.

Storing everything on your phone is convenient, but it can also be a hazard. With one upgrade or device crash, all of your contacts and messages can be toast within seconds. No matter how big of a fan you are of Apple, most of us can agree that iTunes is not the easiest to deal with when it comes to retracting your info. EaseUS MobiSaver Free gives you two modes to retrieve your sacred selfies – straight from the device or from an iTunes backup

Plug in to your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch after starting MobiSaver and choose “Recover from iOS Device”.  Hit the “Start” button to scan and discover all the files stored on the device. Scanning time will depend on how much data is being examined. Once MobiSaver has scanned completely you can preview the recovered files. All of your files are nicely organized into categories, making it easy to find what you are looking for. Select individual files that you would like back and hit the “Recover” button to save to your computer. There is also a recovery option that can extract your last iTunes backup. To do this just select the option to “Recover from iTunes Backup” and proceed the same way.

What I liked about EaseUS MobiSaver Free is how easy it was to use. Everything worked exactly how it said it would. Being a freeware, however, makes it very limiting. Only 5 contacts can be restored at once and files must be selected one at a time. Message recovery is not included. Of course if you would like to upgrade and pay $69.95, you can get a pro version that will speed up your process with free tech support included.

For those in a jam, this could be an instant solution, but there may be some patience involved. Those without will need to pay the $69.95, a small price to pay for such precious cargo. EaseUS MobiSaver Free is available for Windows and Mac at easeus.com.
