Begin building your team by breeding your mutants in the breeding center. Cross breed different characters to enhance their abilities. Breeding takes some time, creating larva and incubating it before the new mutant is ready to use. Of course gold can be used to help speed up the process. Add the mutosterone and your mutants are ready to fight.

Each fight gains your mutants experience and mutosterone. The experience strengthens them while the mutosterone lets you breed more fearsome mutants. The more fights that are won, the more rewards you earn, including gold. Winning the fights can be tough at first, but you can summon help by connecting to Facebook and adding friends to help you in your fights.

I found Mutants: Genetic Gladiators to be quite fun to play, very reminiscent of Pokemon. The beginning tutorial made it very easy to learn, walking through the process of breeding the mutants and the turn based fighting. The style of art is appealing with very interesting mutant characters. Better still is it is a free app with no ads. Of course if you wanna spend a little, there are upgrade packs as in-app purchases.

Mutants: Genetic Gladiators is compatible with iPhone and iPad and available now in the App Store.
