PopCap’s Help for Japan Campaign

The guys at PopCap games have, for March 19th and March 20th, decided that all the proceeds for all their games in the Apple App Store will be given to the International Red Cross to aid in the relief efforts in Japan.

We are sure you are aware of the recent events in Japan, so this is a hugely worthy cause to donate to.

Not only that, but you will get a great game as well. PopCap’s games include Plants Vs Zombies, Bejeweled 2 + Blitz and Peggle.

PopCap will be allocating all of the money from the game sales from March 19, 12:01 AM, so make sure to buy after that time, or your donation won’t count.

Here is the iTunes link for all of PopCap’s iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad games: PopCap on iTunes

As mentioned before, it’s a great cause and also a chance to pick up some excellent games.

We’ve already donated directly to the Red Cross here at The Smartphone App Review via the above Red Cross link, we urge you to do the same, then download a couple of PopCap’s finest tomorrow.
