Our ‘Apps to look out for’ reviews are quick looks into apps that may well have passed under your radar, but may in fact be worth a look, and possibly even a purchase. Have a peek at today’s app and see if you think it is worth your time and money.

Best Dots

A brand new puzzle game, Best Dots, available for iPhone and iPad through the Apple iTunes App Store is simple but addictive fun. Playing in the classic match 2+ dots style, Best Dots is one of the most addictive free games you can currently get.

The game displays a screen of multicoloured dots, and it is up to you to attempt to line them up in the best way possible, and it is here that the game keeps its addictive core. The graphics may be simple, but they are very effective, and most importantly they are never a distraction and help to keep the game ticking over nicely.

-A beautiful multicolored user interface!Best Dots
-75 levels of dot-clearing fun!
-Multiple audio controls so you can control both music and key-tap sounds!
-Share that you’re playing the game via Facebook with an app icon and link to the game!
-A simple instruction guide so you can become a Best Dots expert before you play your first game!

The game is free to play, although you can upgrade to an ad-free version for a small fee, and you can also purchase handy bombs to help you in the game, although luckily, you don’t have to use them to proceed.

I found the game to be a surprisingly addictive treat, and its clean yet colourful looks are very appealing. There are 75 levels to play through, which will take you many hours, and a handy instruction guide to give you some helpful hints and tips.

For a free game, this comes highly recommended, make sure you check it out!
