Our ‘Apps to look out for’ reviews are quick looks into apps that may well have passed under your radar, but may in fact be worth a look, and possibly even a purchase. Have a peek at today’s app and see if you think it is worth your time and money.

Free Music Download Pro Plus

It really doesn’t seem that long ago that Apple wouldn’t let anything on the App Store that could possibly compete with iTunes at all. I remember when whether Spotify would appear or not was a big maybe, so it is refreshing that Apple are now allowing apps such as this one, Free Music Download Pro+, onto the App Store with the minimum of fuss.

Indeed, apps like this have been doing very well of late, so Free Music Download Pro Plus has its work cut out to compete in this busy marketplace.Free Music iPhone

Thankfully, not only does this app manage to compete, it actually manages to blow away the competition in many areas.

With a built in Web browser, file manager and download manager, the basic functionality is all here, and it even has a compressed file manager, which is actually very handy. You would be surprised at how many of these apps don’t actually have a built-in player for the audio they download, but it is here in all its glory, along with editable playlists and even a tag editor.

Overall, this is a brilliantly built, fully featured app that is currently on sale for just .99c, and also has a free version, “Free Music Download Pro” – Free Music Downloader and Player, available.

A great music app, this is one to get while it’s cheap!
