Looks like Barnes and Noble has increased its Nook family of tablets by two, introducing their newest line of HD editions. The newly updated 7-inch Nook HD will be equipped with a faster processor as well as a higher resolution screen. The second arrival will be slightly bigger at 9-inches with the name Nook HD+.
Both tablets are lighter than Amazon’s Kindle Fire series and both have extra memory card slots. Unfortunately neither have a camera. The Nook HD 8 GB will begin at $200 and the Nook HD+ 16GB starting availability is $270. Release dates are set for October. Get their entire list of features at BarnesandNoble.com.
