Simply Write
Simply Write is an iPad-only app that works as a kind of cross between a note taking app and a journal. The main feature of Simply Write is the ability to hand write your notes, and save them in password protected files- perfect for Christmas lists.
The way the app lets you hand write your notes, using either a stylus or your finger, is a clever idea. The app sets you lines to keep between, which helps you keep the writing neat and tidy.
Here are the app’ main features:
●Options to create as many diverse handwritten notebooks as users need.
●Notebooks can be password protected.
●Responsive gesture based handwriting controls.
●Shrinks large comfortable handwriting into small neat lines.
●One click header formatting, workbook titling, and date stamping options.
●Easy exportation options via Dropbox and email which users can utilize to share or backup completed workbooks.
●In-app printing options via Air Print.
The whole app is resented with a decent sheen of quality, and I could find no bugs or major issues during my time with it. The fact that the app lets you export notebooks that you have created via Dropbox and email is a nice touch, and opens the app up somewhat. The Air Print facility is also most welcome.
Overall, Simply Write is a great note taking app with a decent set of options. It is priced well, and is a good package for iPad users.
