I found Recipe Calendar easy to use. I loved the variety of meals to choose from and the customization there was. I found the meals I planned for the week didn’t just encompass dinner, but all three meals all week long, including an afternoon snack! The app walked me through step-by-step as I planned and helped me set helpful reminders. I could handpick each meal each day, or just pick a premade meal plan and everything was added to my shopping list, ready to go. The navigation made things simple to find, which is great as the number of recipes was overwhelming.
Recipe Calendar is free, though some of the features mentioned are only available with their Pro version. The Pro version includes the ability to search recipes according to preference as well as adding a time to cook and a price per portion option when planning your meals for the week.
