Even as convenient as everything is nowadays with email, digital documents and instant contact, it can be hard to stay organized. Inboxes and reminders are great as long as you can keep everything straight. This can be especially difficult for teams and businesses. LeaderTask: To-Do List & Tasks wants to turn your disorganized chaos of things to do into a one stop for all of your planning needs. Here is some of the app’s description:

LeaderTask is a user-friendly service for time management.

Create your lists of tasks for every day, arrange them by projects, divide tasks into subtasks, set reminders for important tasks, attach documents to tasks, assign them to your friends/colleagues and a lot more!

Organizer LeaderTask is developed for those who want to get all at once: tasks, subtasks, notes, assignments, projects, tags, attaching of files and search.

What does LeaderTask can offer you but other can`t:
➽ You can divide tasks into subtasks in any number and nesting level. Subtasks can be also divided into smaller tasks
➽ Unique system “Antiforgetfulness”. It allows you to remember all the tasks you planned to perform yesterday and days before yesterday, but you didn`t do this. The system transfers overdue tasks in the list of tasks for today
➽ You can visually highlight tasks (by coloring them)

Users of the program has already created more than 14 000 000 tasks!

Our key advantages:
1. Offline mode (you can work with tasks even without the Internet connection)
2. All time management systems are supported: GTD, Autofocus, Superfocus, Pomodoro Technique, Do It Tomorrow, Stephen Covey System and so on.
3. Data (tasks, notes, projects…) are kept in encrypted form on our cloud server

Offline mode allows you to work with tasks even without the Internet connection. If connection is lost you can continue working. When you go online again LeaderTask sends all new changes in the cloud automatically. For example, tasks you assigned to your colleagues offline will be sent to them immediately.

Launch the app and create an account with an email address, or login with an existing Google+ or Facebook. Add projects you are working on to the project list and create a new folder that will house everything pertaining to that subject. In each folder there are items that can be added such as lists, files and the term of the project. If you assign a due date you can even schedule it to repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Tags can be added to mark items that are most important or just to classify them. You can also add colleagues access to the project and assign tasks to work together towards completion and keep everyone on the same page. Finally view all of your items in the left menu for easy access and viewing on the calendar.

LeaderTask is the organized best friend you didn’t know you always needed. The interface is very sleek and functional. There is no learning curve needed as the project process simply makes sense, which is exactly what you want in an app like this. When it comes to organizing, it is easy to over complicate things, and LeaderTask keeps it simple. I love how you can customize by assigning colors to certain projects to keep categories in sync. LeaderTask includes many features for free, including unlimited use of the product and no limit to the amount of tasks, etc. Some features are extra and included in their subscription service that costs $3.99 a month. With access to the projects in the cloud, and the ability to add colleagues for group collaborations, the cost is relatively small for such the big benefits, especially for businesses.

LeaderTask: To-Do List & Tasks is a great app for anyone who is looking to get organized. It’s smart design and advanced features are sure to help anyone make sense of the mess around them. The app is available for free on Google Play. You can learn more about the app and their other products on their website.
